SOLAR STORMS AND MARTIAL LAW: Rex-84

What most do not know, especially in the United States is that during a national crises, Martial Law can and will be issued.  If a super solar storm slams into the earth, this no doubt will trigger an international crises and Martial Law will follow soon afterwards. What you need to know is... that even if most, if not all civilian communication is knocked out, you need to assume that Martial Law has been issued, especially in the United States. The reason that this is 'so' important to assume that Martial Law has been issued is because once under Martial Law if you are found away from your home, you will be subject to be taken to a new location by force. This means you will become separated from your home and family, and who knows for how long.

For those of you who live in the United States, there is a little known provision that provides the US government to forcibly remove you even from your home. It's called, Rex-84.  Rex 84, is short for Readiness Exercise 1984, is a plan by the United States federal government to test their ability to detain large numbers of American citizens in case of civil unrest or national emergency.

Lieutenant Colonel Oliver North and the Federal Emergency Management Agency had drafted a contingency plan providing for the suspension of the United States Constitution, the imposition of Martial Law, and the appointment of military commanders to head state and local governments and to detain dissidents and Central American refugees in the event of a national crisis. 

The Rex-84 Alpha Ex-plan (Readiness Exercise 1984, Exercise Plan; otherwise known as a continuity of government plan), indicates that FEMA in association with 34 other federal civil departments and agencies, along with other NATO nations, conducted a civil readiness exercise during April 5-13, 1984. It was conducted in coordination and simultaneously with a Joint Chiefs exercise, Night Train 84, a worldwide military command post exercise (including Continental U.S. Forces or CONUS) based on multi-emergency scenarios operating both abroad and at home. In the combined exercise, Rex-84 Bravo, FEMA and DOD led the other federal agencies and departments, including the Central Intelligence Agency, the Secret Service, the Treasury, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, and the Veterans Administration through a gaming exercise to test military assistance in civil defense.

The exercise anticipated civil disturbances, major demonstrations and strikes that would affect continuity of government and/or resource mobilization. To fight subversive activities, there was authorization for the military to implement government ordered movements of civilian populations at state and regional levels, the arrest of certain unidentified segments of the population, and the imposition of martial law.

So as you can see... if you live in the Unites States, whatever you do, you want to make sure you not only get home once the super solar storm starts, (as your car might suddenly stop working) but you want to make sure that you continue to stay at home until after the solar storm is over and only after Martial Law is over as well.  If you wonder out away from your home before Martial Law is lifted, you risk being taking to one of FEMA's American Concentration Detention Camp until the United States government can finally gets things back under control.

You can't say you did not know better as you have now been warned. Stay home and be prepared to ride it out for a long period of time, which could be upwards of a year, possibly more, should things get real bad in regards to civil unrest. Should the solar storm (which is like a massive hurricane in space, which hundreds of times the size of earth) and this solar storm event that NASA warns us to get ready for turns out to be truly massive in size, the solar storm could last for months. In that case you need anywhere from 12 to 24 months of supplies.
